Adding items manually is a good option if you only have a few items to enter or want to add things one at a time.
From Your Phone
Open your claim up to the Items tab and hit Add Item

Add in your item details. Be sure to make the Description as descriptive as you can.

Then hit Add Item and you’re done.
If you’re adding multiple items in a row, turn on the Add More Items toggle. It’ll keep the Add Item page open so you don’t have to keep reopening it.
From Your Computer
Open up your Claim to the Items page.
At the top of your loss sheet, click the purple + Room field (or any of the purple fields).
Add in the details for the item. Be sure to make the Description as descriptive as you can.

Then click the Add button and you’re done.
