Think of Adjusto as a simple place to list the items in your contents claim and submit them to your insurance claim. The list of items is called a loss sheet.
The Basics
Getting started is simple. You don’t need to do everything at once—just take it step by step.
- Create your account.
- Add the items that you’re claiming.
- Submit the items when you’re ready.
- Your adjuster will review everything and will follow up with you directly.
How should I start?
After creating your account, you’ll start adding items to your loss sheet.
To do that you can:
- Take videos of your items and have Adjusto automatically make a loss sheet
As you add in items, they’ll appear on your loss sheet. You can edit and remove items on your loss sheet before you submit them to your claim.
Things to know
- Be descriptive about items, it helps make the claim go smoothly.
- Age and Price of items are also important, so do your best to accurately include them.
- If you need additional help, contact your adjuster or email support@adjusto.ai with your questions.
What happens after I submit my items?

You can submit items in multiple batches, so you can additional items as needed.
